Every message runs through a second schema-constrained model pass that pulls out symptoms, severity, medication doses, sleep, energy and activity and writes them straight onto a timeline — nobody fills in a form on a bad day. Bruno knows the person from onboarding and from their live medication list, so he can answer what they are on and add a new medicine when asked. Lab reports, discharge letters and photos of pill bottles can be dropped into the chat and stay in context for follow-up questions, a photo diary tracks a rash or a swollen joint over weeks, and any date range prints as a doctor-ready PDF. A spoken voice mode runs the same automatic tracking, speaking each sentence as the model writes it so replies start in about a second instead of after the whole paragraph. Web-only, no install, built to run on hobby-tier infrastructure.
